When booking an appointment with Psychic Medium Karyn Reece, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply to any of these regulations will result in non-refundable appointment cancellations.
I understand that Karyn Reece is not a medical professional, attorney, accountant or other licensed professional, and can not give medical, legal, or tax advice.
I understand that readings by Karyn Reece are intended to offer insight into my personal/ business/ professional life and does not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax or financial advice.
I understand that any information or advice given by Karyn Reece is not to be used by me in place of any medical, legal, tax or financial advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields.
I understand that Karyn Reece has no control over who or what comes into my reading and what is discussed.
I understand that it is my responsibility to come to my reading prepared with questions to ask Karyn of things I would like to discuss during my session.
I understand that information about me comes from my aura that I project to Karyn, from deceased loved ones, from the universe, as well as from my guides.
I understand that I take responsibility and agree not to discuss my session with Karyn or the information disclosed publicly including but not limited to all social and public media outlets.
I understand that only I am permitted to be in the reading room during my session. Every person needs to book their own reading in their own name and cannot share a reading or sit in on a reading.
I agree not to hold Karyn Reece, affiliates and or property liable or responsible for any damages or losses as a result or in relation to this booking.
I agree not to hold Karyn Reece, affiliates and or property liable or responsible for any viral or bacterial illnesses including but not limited to COVID-19 and the flu.
I understand that readings and gift certificate purchases are non-refundable, but readings can be rescheduled. Phone payments are processed in advance. Karyn reserves the right to change or cancel appointments. If I am late, I understand that Karyn may not be able to accommodate me.
I understand that if I am using a gift card to book my appointment, I must call the office to book my appointment.
I understand that in-person appointment cancellations must be made one week prior to my scheduled appointment. I understand that if I wish to cancel my appointment, I must call the office. Cancellations cannot be made via email. I understand that missed appointments are automatically charged in full.
If I wish to reschedule my telephone appointment, I call the office to do so.
I understand that all appointment confirmations are sent via email. I understand that appointment reminders are done via text, and that Reece & Co will not call me to remind me of my appointment.
When booking a phone appointment, I understand that Karyn will call me. I must allow a 15-minute time frame from the start of my appointment time for Karyn to call.
When booking a phone appointment, I understand that Karyn will try calling me three times. If there is no answer, I understand that the appointment is deemed a no show and is nonrefundable.
When booking a phone appointment, I understand that all phone appointments booked for clients outside of the US and Canada will be charged an international fee of $50.
